FAQs
-
Everyone over 18 can rent one of our bikes
-
We are able to offer a £30 monthly rate for jobseekers. A letter of introduction from the job center is needed. We hope that in the future we can extend the eligibility for reduced rate.
-
When you return the bike to us, we ask you to complete a feedback questionnaire. Once this is done we email the voucher to the local bike store of your choice.
You can spend the voucher on a new bike, or accessories, it’s up to you.
The voucher can only be used once and if you don’t spend the full amount of the voucher any amount not spent is then lost.
One of the aims of the scheme is to support local bike shops, so the vouchers can’t be used with national retailers and online purchases.
